The Open Window is a private higher education institution based in Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa, specialising in creative arts and technologies such as visual communication design, film, animation and creative technology. Founded in 1993, it is registered with South Africa's Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) as a private higher education institution (registration number 2000/HE07/016), with its qualifications accredited by the Council on Higher Education (CHE) and registered with the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) under the Higher Education Act, 1997. It also holds MICTSETA SETA-provider accreditation (ACC/2016/07/0012). The Open Window is part of the UXi Private Education Group.
