Regent Business School (RBS) is a private higher education institution based in Durban, South Africa, established in 1998 to provide accessible, affordable, and quality entrepreneurial, business, and management education. RBS is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) as a private higher education institution under the Higher Education Act (101 of 1997), registration certificate number 2000/HE07/012, and its qualifications are accredited by the Higher Education Quality Committee (HEQC) of the Council on Higher Education (CHE). All RBS qualifications are recorded on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA). In 2017 Regent Business School became a member institution of Honoris United Universities, a pan-African higher education network.
