Two Oceans Graduate Institute (TOGI) is a private, non-profit South African higher education institution registered as an NPC under the Companies Act, 2008. Its parent foundation began planning the institution in 2012, and TOGI was recognised by the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) as a private higher education provider in February 2017, enrolling its first students that year. It is based in Pinelands, Cape Town (1st Floor, Pinewood Park, 98 Forest Dr Service Rd, Pinelands, 7405), and delivers all its qualifications through online/distance learning. TOGI specialises exclusively in teacher education, offering undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications for Foundation, Intermediate, and Senior Phase/FET teaching. It holds provisional DHET registration (No. 2017/HE08/001, valid to 31 December 2026), with its programmes accredited by the Council on Higher Education (CHE) and registered with SAQA; a CHE quality audit toward full registration was scheduled for late 2025.
