Sasol Bursary

Overview

Sasol's flagship bursary funds full-time undergraduate study in engineering and science fields at approved South African universities, covering tuition and a living allowance in exchange for vacation work and a post-study work-back commitment.

What it covers

Tuition and a living allowance, plus psychosocial support services, as part of a comprehensive financial and developmental support package

Eligibility

South African citizens by birth, permanently resident in SA, not older than 25, enrolling full-time in 2027 at a Sasol-approved public South African university (UNISA excluded); minimum Level 6 (70-79%) in Mathematics and Physical Science for school leavers, minimum 60% average for continuing students; combined household income must not exceed R800,000 per annum; first undergraduate degree only

Certified ID copy, Grade 12 results/full academic record, proof of registration, proof of permanent residence
