AFM Theological College (AFMTC) is a private higher education institution affiliated with the Apostolic Faith Mission of South Africa (AFM), a Pentecostal Christian denomination. Its lineage traces back to a theological correspondence course begun within the AFM in the mid-20th century, which developed into the AFM Bible College (1956) and later the Apostolic Faith Mission Theological College (1970); that original institution was renamed Auckland Park Theological Seminary in 1997 and now operates as a separate, independently accredited entity. The present-day AFM Theological College provides biblically based, Pentecostal theological education via online/distance learning, delivered nationally and internationally, to equip believers for Kingdom ministry, including preparation for AFM ordination. It is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) as a Private Higher Education Institution under Registration Certificate Number 2025/HE08/002. Its Bachelor of Theology degree is accredited by the Council on Higher Education (CHE) and registered on the National Qualifications Framework with the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA ID 123825). The college's campus is located at 1281 Cnr. Aubrey Matlala & Tlou Street, Soshanguve, Gauteng. Pastor Barend Petersen serves as Principal. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30-15:00.
