King Hintsa TVET College was formed through the merger of the former Centane Technical College, Teko Technical College, H.B. Tsengwa Technical College and the Idutywa Satellite (formerly Idutywa Community College) in the South Eastern Region of the Eastern Cape. Central administration is on the N2 near Butterworth, adjacent to Walter Sisulu University, and the college's five campuses – Teko, Willowvale, Centane, Dutywa and Msobomvu – span the Mnquma and Mbashe local municipalities within a roughly 60km radius.
