Tshwane North TVET College (TNC) is a public technical and vocational education and training college established in 2002 through the merger of the former Mamelodi, Pretoria, and Soshanguve Further Education and Training (FET) colleges (one predecessor campus, Mamelodi, was earlier known as Thuto Matlhale before becoming Mamelodi College). The college falls under the Department of Higher Education and Training and is based in Pretoria Central, Gauteng, with a corporate office at the corner of Kgosi Mampuru and Pretorius Streets. It operates six campuses across the Greater Tshwane Metropolis: Pretoria, Mamelodi, Rosslyn, Soshanguve North, Soshanguve South, and Temba (Hammanskraal). TNC enrols approximately 20,000 students, supported by around 327 lecturers. It is known for offering NCV, NATED (N1-N6) and occupational/short skills programmes across engineering, business studies, information technology, hospitality and tourism, agriculture, and creative/personal-care trades, with Rosslyn serving as its dedicated engineering-focused campus in an industrial hub.
