TSIBA (originally the Tertiary School in Business Administration) is a private, non-profit business school based in Cape Town, South Africa, founded in 2004. It operates as a social enterprise comprising a Business School, Ignition Academy and Education Trust, with a mission to invest in purpose-driven people and emerging businesses that lead social change. TSIBA was established to widen access to quality tertiary business education for talented young South Africans who would otherwise be unable to afford or access it, including students from historically disadvantaged backgrounds. It is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) as a non-profit and public benefit organisation, and is registered as a private higher education institution under the Higher Education Act, 1997, with DHET registration number 2007/HE08/001. Its qualifications are recognised by the Council for Higher Education, and TSIBA's tertiary qualifications also hold Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) recognition. TSIBA operates from a campus at 51 Old Mill Road, Ndabeni, Cape Town, and has an additional office presence in Rosebank, Johannesburg.
