Academy for Organisational Change (AOC) is a private South African higher education institution specialising in Organisational Development (OD) and change management education. It originated in 2013 as a subsidiary of WorldsView Academy (Johannesburg), which developed what it describes as South Africa's first NQF Level 5 qualification in OD; in 2024 WorldsView sold AOC to new ownership committed to growing it as an independent, publicly-facing higher education institution, and AOC now operates its own site at organisationalchange.co.za. Its registered address is WorldsView House, 150 Kelvin Drive, Woodmead, Johannesburg. AOC states it is accredited by the Council on Higher Education (CHE Accreditation H/PR1159/E001CAN) and registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET Registration 2021/HE07/004); its flagship qualification carries SAQA ID 115552. Programmes are delivered fully online via distance learning.
