Campus of Performing Arts (COPA) is a private higher education institution specialising in contemporary music education, founded in 2003. It operates campuses in Midrand, Gauteng (head office at 353 Royal Hill, Halfway Gardens), Pretoria, and Durban. COPA is provisionally registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training as a private higher education institution under the Higher Education Act, 1997 (Registration Certificate No. 2011/HE07/004, valid until 31 December 2028, with the institution stated to be in the process of converting to permanent registration), and its higher education programmes are accredited by the Council on Higher Education (CHE). Its Further Education and Training (FET) short courses are accredited by CATHSSETA. COPA focuses on Music Performance (guitar, bass, drums, keyboard, vocals), Music Production, and Music Business, delivered full-time and in English via contact learning.
