Elangeni TVET College is a public TVET college based in the eThekwini area of KwaZulu-Natal, founded in 2002 (previously known as Sivananda FET College) through the merger of the former Pinetown, Sivananda (KwaMashu) and Ntuzuma Technical Colleges. It operates across eight main campuses — Inanda, KwaDabeka, KwaMashu, Pinetown, Mpumalanga (Hammarsdale), Ndwedwe, Ntuzuma and Qadi (Bothas Hill) — plus a central office in Pinetown and the Inchanga Artisan & Skills Development Centre. The college has been named among the 50 leading TVET institutions in South Africa and states it was the first FET college in the country to achieve dual ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certification, in 2008. It offers NCV, Report 191 (NATED) and occupational skills programmes across engineering, business, hospitality, IT and agriculture, including blended distance-learning options.
