Limpopo CET College is a public Community Education and Training (CET) college falling under the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET), part of the national CET sector established from the former Adult Basic Education and Training (ABET) system under the Continuing Education and Training Act, 2006. Its college profile states it was 'previously known as ABET'. Its central office is in Polokwane (JCJ Building, 2 Biccard Street and Suid Street). The college delivers programmes through 20 Community Learning Centres (CLCs) and 217 satellite centres spread across Limpopo's five districts (Vhembe, Capricorn, Sekhukhune, Mopani and Waterberg). It exists to serve youth and adults who did not complete, or never attended, formal schooling, offering free academic and skills programmes aimed at literacy, numeracy, vocational skills and lifelong learning for personal, social and employment advancement.
