KwaZulu-Natal Community Education and Training (CET) College is a public college established under the Continuing Education and Training Act, 16 of 2006, and falls under the national network of nine CET colleges formed in 2019 from the former provincial Community Learning Centres/Adult Learning Centres. The college's own website states it was established on 1 April 2015 under the Department of Higher Education and Training. It serves post-school youth and adults across KwaZulu-Natal who never attended school, did not complete schooling, or lack skills for the job market or self-employment, operating through a network of Community Learning Centres (CLCs) spread across all nine districts of the province, including eThekwini Metro, Zululand, uMkhanyakude, Harry Gwala, King Cetshwayo, uGu, uMgungundlovu, uThukela, Amajuba and Ilembe. It offers Adult Education and Training, GETC-ABET, Senior Certificate, and occupational and non-formal skills programmes aimed at literacy, education completion, and economic empowerment.
