Overview
This free HP LIFE course introduces agile project management, the iterative, team-based approach that has reshaped how modern businesses run projects. You’ll learn the difference between iterative and incremental development, work through the four core values and twelve founding principles of the agile methodology, and compare the two most widely used agile frameworks, Scrum and Kanban, including where each one fits best. Real-world case studies show how established global companies have put agile methods into practice.
It’s aimed at entrepreneurs, small business owners, and anyone responsible for running projects or teams who wants a faster, more flexible alternative to traditional project planning. No prior project management experience is required.
By the end, you’ll be able to evaluate the strengths and limitations of agile tools, decide when Scrum or Kanban suits a given project, and apply agile thinking to your own work. The course is self-paced and free, and completing it earns an HP LIFE certificate of completion.
